How credits work
The drafter tells you the cost up front, in its plan, before it draws anything. Confirm and it runs; change your mind and nothing is spent.
| What | Credits |
|---|---|
| A simple room | A few |
| A full permit-style sheet set | About 50–60 |
| Before a request runs | Its estimated cost is shown in the plan |
| A request that fails because of us | Refunded |
| Pro credits you don’t use | Roll over one billing cycle |
| Credit packs | Valid 12 months |
Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign in with Google and you get 20 credits to try it. Your free credits don’t expire.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the drafter’s work. Every request shows its estimated cost before it runs, and nothing is spent until you confirm.
How many credits does a drawing take?
A simple room is a few credits. A full permit-style sheet set is roughly 50 to 60. Bigger or more detailed requests cost more, and you always see the estimate first.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
On Pro you get 150 credits every month, and unused credits roll over one billing cycle. Credit packs are good for 12 months.
What if a request fails?
If a request fails because of something on our side, the credits for it are refunded.
Can I submit these sheets for a permit?
The sheet sets are permit-style and clearly labeled preliminary. Framing sizes come from the IRC prescriptive tables, but many building departments require review, or a stamp from a licensed engineer or architect. Check with yours before you submit or build.
What files do I get?
A black-and-white PDF with a standard title block on every plan, at Letter, Tabloid or ARCH D. Pro adds DXF downloads and your company logo, license and phone on the PDF.
Can I edit the drawing myself?
Yes. The drawing is real CAD in your browser. Move a wall, change a dimension, or ask the drafter in plain words. You can undo the drafter’s last change anytime.
What languages can the drawings use?
Labels and notes can be in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
How do I cancel Pro?
Open Billing in the app and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime.
